The above figure shows the registered Trademark and Color Design Patent which can be used exclusively for the labels and caps of the packaged bottles (750ml, PET) of Jangsoo Draft Makkoli of Seoul Takju. Recently, several other takju brewers have used labels and caps with a similar design and color leading to confusion among Seoul Takju’s customers. So, we recommend our customers confirm the label and cap of the makkoli bottle of Seoul Jangsoo Draft makkoli.
